Reaper phase threw bace

I don't know if its just my game or the whole game. But the Reapers tenticals will glitch threw a bace wall and hit you. Or It'll get stuck in the ground for a bref moment.

I've already seen a Reaper disappear into the cliff, (yeah, glitching trough the rocks) and then attack me from the inside.
Same with a Fu**ing Stalker who have been trapped under the sand (IDK how) then attacked me when come out of my base.
I'm playing on "stable" version.
