Game crashes all the time

i have this since years known problems like Fatal Error, authentifacation error etc.. Tried all solutions i found about it like delete workshopfolder etc. and change from DX9 to 11 nothing worked. only thing i saw and dont tried bec. i dont know how to do is to change Max NAT/Firewall Session Per User bec. i dont know how to do with my Fritz.Box router even after i tried to figure it out with google. here my zip. file

Maybe it helps a little bit. I registrated that nearly all time i get the red plug and i instead of waiting till the game crashes i disconnect from the server that the game DON`T crash.
