Thigh might not be an bug and actually might be intentional but I wanted to bring it up anyway

Recreation:
  1. Breed a large fauna, stalkers, shockers, sharks
  2. release them into an area
  3. play the game for a few day/night cycles
  4. notice on coming back or loading the game after exiting the creatures aren't there

I don't have a screenshot because this is a time related thing but I have released several large fauna outside of my base whom stay for a bit but then disappeared. This could be related to not having a food source because I know stalkers with despawn if you use the edible fish in the kelp forest area, but I had put smaller edible fish(a lot) and they still disappeared while eating them.

Note that I have a gassopod around the same area that hasn't left and he was one of the first I put there, so this could be a limit to how many npcs can permanently be in an area?
