Trying to find a plantfor my garden but can't locate it

I'm trying to find the sea crown in the koosh zone but I been unable to locate it. According to Wiki it should be there but it isn't, is there a specific place where it's located.
Please tell me please, I find plant very cool and I wanted in my garden.

found it, it took awhile and according wiki there is only two of them, Wtf!
Seriously they need to put more of them in.
