Obnoxious clicking sound/flickering when wearing charging flippers with a depleted Seaglide

I think this is a pretty well-known glitch, just about every Youtuber has to apologize for it. Easy fix would be to make the fins not charge the Seaglide when it reaches 0%, also eliminating the exploit (not needing a battery ever again as it never really runs out)
