[BUG] Cyclops space travel

Cyclops went straight into planetary orbit as i tried placing a locker in it today... had to quit the game and load my last save.
makes me wonder why i didn't think of that to begin with.
who needs a base, food, water and enrichment when you can fly into space in a submarine.

Does anyone know if you can actually stay on the Cyclops while it does this? It'd be cool to see Subnautica from space.
