[Crash]Crashing on Loading/New Game without '-forced3d9'(AMD RADEON 6750HD)[27764]

Seems to get through all of the loading process before crashing.

It goes from the loading screen to a black screen, followed by both my monitor going through a soft reset. I am then left on a white screen indefinitely.

Just before the load screen goes away I can hear my character swimming, though no story audio begins.

I get this same exact issue on my Radeon 6770 HD, don't know why but it appears these recent updates with the water and what not with dx11 don't seem to like the 6700 series of radeon gfx's
