[BUG?] Xbox Game Bar???

After the recent update (fixing many bugs), I've noticed that when I start the game the Xbox Game Bar starts to respond (open tip window and such). Is this intentional???

That is a windows 10 feature you can turn off/on at anytime. UWE is working on controller support for Xbox controllers so might tend to see some patches overtime for better support, so I can see why it would popup..
