[BUG/Warning] Charge fins + Seaglide = strobe light in experimental build 27555

In the current experimental build (27555) when the seaglide runs out of charge and is then turned back on by using the swim charge fins, it's lights default back to the "on" setting, even if they were turned off prior to exhausting the charge. The resulting effect is a bright and quickly flashing light, similar to a strobe light. I felt it necessary to post this because such an effect might cause problems for people sensitive to such flashing lights.
