That is an old card, seems to have that DX10.1 support which has some stuff from DX11. However I'm not sure a card that old can even run Subnautica as even the 5000+ series from AMD/Ati seems to have either issues with DirectX or the lower specced ones run it not smooth

In the "Steam Library -> Subnautica -> Properties -> Set Launch Options...
