Game won't launch

I have just purchased the game via Steam and I cannot get it to start at all. When I press play or double click from library, the "preparing to launch Subnautica" window appears for a few seconds then disappears and nothing else happens. I've tried reinstalling the game, verifying the game files and double checked all my system specs are above minimum.
The dxdiag is massive so just posting system specs

I have never been in game so I cannot retreive build number. I will provide any other needed info. What can I do to make this game work?

Had a old thread on that for mac users, threw it under bus because using lion

I don't know why though. Hope the fix it!!
