["Bug"] Losing when having only a mac building an IP

Hi,
I just lost as marine (@DMD) due to having no IP and no marine alive. However, a MAC was building an IP. We passed from a "oooooooohhh" moment to a ":(
" moment.
That's a bit anti-cliffhanger, and I feel that having a MAC building CURRENTLY an IP could be added as an exception (make it so the MAC need to be close to an IP, not necessarily in the whole map, because that'd be annoying to seek).
