RoBOTS did change again?

Apparently the bots behave differently.
They seem to ignore IPs
They're not better than last month concerning aim as marine.

Is the addbot command changed?
I typed "addbot 2 1" and i had a little surprise. Like 24 joined...
We can remove them but it seems only one number after the xxxbot command is necessary now.
Or maybe i was in the twilight zone for a while. dunno.
