Advices for a good crosshair?

I use this one Flux simple white dot. I think it helps a lot to just have a dot. Scale it to your preference using NS2+.

Asking for advice on a crosshair may be a little hairy, it's something that really just comes down to preference. I'd just browse the workshop if I were you and see what you like. I already used one of these, but i didn't like the one for the rifle / pistol.
