The moderator Kouji_San closed the the last topic, so I posting it again.
The facts are:
The Skill level is not real and lot of players lost the focus at the main startegy because of this.
Asraniel from CDT said: "Ah now i know what you talk about. The main menu display of the hive LEVEL, which is different to skill. The hive level is purely based on your playtime.
So it only measures who plays more. You can loose every single game and your hive level will increase."
The final fact is that the Skill Level does not describe intelligence in-game and a lot of techniques and theorys about lead the team to the victory.

I will repeat the same!
You are boring everyone and should leave NS2 urgently.
You cry like a spoiled little girl.
The Skill Factor is real to an extent, but not as accurate as we'd like. That said, I think you might be getting confused. The Level, as shown below, means absolutely nothing. It's shown on the main menu, while Skill Factor is not, this is by design.
That said, I've never heard that players are "losing sight of the objectives of the game" because of their ELO scoring.

Good idea, going against mods... And you know as well as I do, we are all for discussions, but...
Thread #1 was answered and going off-topic turning, into a meme itself
