PDA Issues.

sometimes when i am using the builder, when i finish the build my pda pops open and it is blank. Sometimes i can get it shut if i can line myself up with a locker and try to open it, i can get it to close by backing off. Most times however, because there is no way to reload the game, i am forced to quit out and restart to fix it. Anyone else having this issue? How can i stop it from happening.
