Base Module Sizes

I mentioned a while back about doing up a picture with my ideas for new "modules" within the Generic Base Room, however I hit a bit of a snag when planning this out, I don't have any good size references, so it falls a bit flat on the face, do we have any hard numbers from the developers about what size these base modules are, such as exterior, interior, diameter, etc.
Reason I ask is that I prefer to do everything to scale, and have done for a while, so if we were to take my plans and go build it 1/1scale aside from usual "margin of error" it could be built safely.
