Could it be possible to be able to 'train' a critter or two? Say like a Stalker, sure they want to bite you but so do some dogs if they don't know you, would be nice to have a "friend"

If that pet would alert you to nearby predators/dangers (by maybe making some "chirping" at you or something), it would be worth it.
