Don't see water movement graphics from seamoth window

I was curious that when watching various videos about the seamoth you can see the concept of speed and movement by the water flowing streams going by the front window. You know, like little ribbons of bubbles streaming by. I don't see that on my seamoth. I can be cruising at full speed and just see individual bubbles and stuff go by. I have a superb video card and tons of ram so it shouldn't be a hardware issue. It looks cool to see the flowing and was wondering why I wasn't.

1. Are you in Experimental?
2. Did you set the graphics settings to "Highest"?

Was there talk of adding (lots of) particles in at Highest graphic setting? If so, that would mean the particles should be showing up without the added (less realistic) motion effect currently seen at regular mode. Maybe those particles have never (yet) been added in.
