To be honest I am not sure if this is a bug, but I have reported it as such anyway.
At the coordinates shown in the clip is a slab of rick that appears to float in the sea (with no floater things to hold it up). It's quite large and you're able to clamber our of the water and walk on it due to the fact that it's just above the surface of the water. Below the water line it continues down for a handful of ten feet before it's apparent that its a flat-topped huge lump of rock just floating there. Also, next to it is a floating sand bank.
