Ambient sounds

Some of the neutral sounds in the game are off and was wondering if they are just place holders for now? To start with I have been scuba diving many times and feel that you have it much too quite most of the time. Yes, I know it is going to be a fine line between getting great life like sounds and having it be annoying and repetitive. I feel having a Ambient Sounds option to toggle them on and off would help. On another note, right now there is a sound your arms make while swimming under water. I'm sure this was just done out of habit from playing many game with water but if you are completely underwater you wouldn't make these sounds. Maybe have a different stroke animation for when you are swimming on the surface (crawl stroke) and having the sounds play then?
