[BUG]Load Saved Game on Island - Island Broken[23050]

Hi
I went on to the island, making my way to a high point. I then saved the game. Later when I reloaded the save game I appeared amongst the broken island and fell into the water. Once I swam around one of the "stone roots" everything went back to normal and I swam back to the surface. Happens every time I load that particular save game.
