Currently, I think these two are little overdone. They spawn in too large of numbers and are insanely persistent in chasing you.

    They can be killed in 1 hit with the knife and do tiny amounts of damage.
    Just swim away from the Biterfish for a sec, then turn around and flail the knife arm as they come near.

    I'd prefer if they were less numerous, but It'd be fine if they didn't change it.

    Sometimes they don't even spawn together. Also, use your ears, the sounds give bleeders away so easily and biters are easy to spot if you just double check
