This thing is seriously annoying, it's huge and in the perfect position to block you from having any idea of how far away the bottom of the ship is from the floor, and with how shallow a lot of the game is and how big the cyclops is, it gets really frustrating and just takes a lot of fun out of driving the sub
Could we maybe only have the rod attached to the steering wheel there and have the other displays moved off to the side or come down from the ceiling, so we can actually see below us? or just some sort of sensor that tells us that if we keep going forward in our current direction at our current speed, that we'll hit something in 5 seconds

You'd think for a huge 1-person vehicle, there'd be better visibility for manoeuvring.
Steering doesn't even have to be animated, unless the Devs feel like putting it in for a special effect.
Bingo. You've just gained more than 30 per cent extra visibility.
Like the hand wavy stuff from Minority Report.
Yeah I made that mistake once. Took me agers to get it off of there >.<
I drive it in the seaweed forests. Dem seaweed gets the end of Jessie everytime.

Or like Iron Man's holo display at his tower.
