Urgent Help

So I just bought the game and as soon as i try to launch it (after the menu that pops up) it just sends a crash error. It doesn't even enter the game. I tryed updating drivers, copy-pasting -force-d3d9, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas why this is happening?

Have you tried putting the message or code into google?

Ok here are some of my specs:
A10-6800K
GTX 660 OC'd (2GB RAM)
8GB RAM
Windows 10

I've checked the page you said but nothing worked . When I get back to the PC I'll type the crash message onto google. Aprecciate the help

So when i try opening it something like this pops up "2015-08-12_090850". I've tryed everything but nothing seems to work, I'm starting to think on a refund

@GeriGuti I think you should create a new forum post into the bug report section of the forum instead of here, and follow the instructions written in this post. Guessing why a game crashes can be hard, and by following these instructions you'll give the devs all the information you can give them to get more efficient help.

After rading a ton of posts, logs, etc I finally found the solution. It was all a sound card driver issue, a thing that I haven't had encountered before. Now I can finally play
