Falling Through the World and Land Gravity Underwater (Dev Build: 19095)

How this glitch happened to me:

I was building a ladder in my base, then I glitched through the wall the instant I started making it, then I was walking underwater like I was on land. Then whenever I saved the game and loaded it back up, I started falling through the world, until I hit an underwater cave system, then I would be walking underwater like I was on ground again,

Yea i got the same thing have you been able to do anything or has it got back to normal?
