Anyway to purchase Elite Assault Marine?

I'm wondering if there is anyway to purchase any of the badges or the Elite Assault Marine skin...I'd really like to purchase the skin or a badge at least.

The reinforcement program is closed so unless you find a third party who happened to never use their key you are out of luck. This post makes me wonder if I could of made a profit if I purchased a few extra.

I still don't really understand why you can't buy the old shadow level tier still, like they said they would do by leaving the $75 tier purchaseable, but as Nordic said, it can't obtain these skins anymore.

I don't understand why..I want to GIVE them money for that skin or a badge..I don't understand why they wouldn't want money from a customer who enjoys their game so much

I guess there was some kind of overhead cost to keeping that program running... otherwise I don't see why it couldn't have just stayed up.
