Blue Ocean Of Death, CAN'T PLAY AT ALL

Hello, I have a really big problem here. When I spawn in my life boat and I go out, there is nothing, just infinite Blue Ocean, no sea floor, no sand, no rock, no life forms, no grass, no items, nothing! I can't do anything! Please help me it's getting really annoying I tried everything, delete, reinstalling, redownloading, starting as an administrator. Nothing worked, I'm just in the middle of anything, I just see the crashed mothership, nothing else.
