I figure I can't mute the idiot player, then I can turn off voicecom entire. Does anyone know what the command is?

I'm pretty sure you open the scores menu, click on it so a cursor comes up and then go up to a name you want and mute it.

/voice_enable 0

done, personally i disable it always and talk on teamspeak with my mates.
