FPS Drop near base/Inside base

Subnautica Version - Early Development Build - 17663 - April 15 -
Description - My FPS drops from ~30-40 to 10 FPS or under when I am outside of my base, and drops to 5 FPS or under when I am inside. This only happens in the immediate area and about 10 meters away - Screenshot included shows range of FPS drops. (Can I use my steam screenshots?)
Reproduction steps - Build a base (About 2 stories, it only happened after I built the second) and you will start to experience FPS drops. (This may have been a one-off on my client, but I don't really know as it keeps happening)
