Subnautica crashes everytime i start a game

Hi Just bought this game for my boy, it crashes every time I run it. any clues?

I have windows 7 pro, twin i5 3.4ghz processors , geforce gt 640, have solid state hard drive with 19gig available. 8 gig ram

There does not seem to be an email for support on subnautica?

any tips would be greatly appreciated
