Nice video, I was wondering if you could build a base so deep. I facepalmed at you trying to place the foundations though, you just have to click on the side of another foundation to attach it there, simple and well known from other voxel games like Minecraft or Space Engineers. Corridoors work the same of course.

I facepalmed at you trying to place the foundations though, you just have to click on the side of another foundation to attach it there, simple and well known from other voxel games like Minecraft or Space Engineers. Hmmmm, that would take allot of work, but can be done.
Step #1: Build a Seamoth, head out until you reach the spot where you see me in the video. I then place a beacon.
Step #2: Build a Cyclops.
Step #3: Build as many lockers I can fit on the Cyclops.
Step #4: Fill the Lockers with as much Titanium, and Glass, as possible.
Step #5: Make sure you have plenty of Batteries, food, and etc.
Step #6: Fill up on what you require such as Titanium.
Step #7: Hop into the Seamoth, and head down.
Step #8: Start your platforms.
Step #9: Hop into the Seamoth to resupply your oxygen.
When you run out of supplies head back to the cyclops, and dock, and do it all over again.
Now this is where multiplayer will shine. Imagine doing this with three of your friends. Back & forth you go, and it wouldn't really take long.
