Game Not Loading

Hello, I recently bought the game and my PC should easily be able to handle the game yet whenever I click to launch the game the loading symbol appears next to my mouse but nothing actually happens at all, I also seem completely to locate it on my task manager when I try to launch it. I have tried restarting the PC ect but nothing seems to work.

OS: Windows 10 Tech Preview
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 550 Ti
CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 560 Processor
RAM: 8GB
