Because if there is not, i think it would be a cool thing to have. Not so that the devs spend half their day to get their ears chewed off by player suggestions, but so players can talk about the game with each other in a more quickly manner, which might speed up bug finding/confirming and help avoid frustration with unknown gamemechanics through quick Q/A in between the players.
