Could you please run your techsupport.exe with the NS2 window still open (even if the screen is black) and then send us the link here of the large zip file it generates.
This will generate a dump file for us to examine.

Out of curiosity why are you running in 32 bit?

Hmmm.... Say, how much RAM do these computers happen to have? Nevermind, 4GB from your log.

You can do the techsupport.exe, while the FATAL ERROR pop-up is open, I think. If you have trouble simply alt-tabbing out of game, these sometimes help to unstuck things: win-D to show desktop OR left ctrl-shift-esc(=opens task manager) OR ctrl-alt-delete and select open task manager from the screen.

Your internet cafe has done a disservice to it's customers. ;)

If you can CTRL + ALT + DEL to get to the task manager, then go to
File > Run new task > Click Browse > Navigate to your NS2 install directory and select TechSupport.exe .. it may take a way to make the dump file.
Save the zip file it makes and upload it somewhere on the internet and link it here for us.

Thanks for the tech_support.zip. However it does not include any kind of memory dump. Please use the following steps to create one once you run into the situation of ns2 crashing or freezing:
How to create a windows crash dump (once ns2.exe frooze or crashed):

    1. Open Windows Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC).
    2. Find ns2.exe among the list of processes.
    3. Right-click ns2.exe and select "Create dump file". Task manager should indicate where the dump file was written to.

Normally it gets written into your temp folder. You can easily access that by using win + r and entering %temp%.

After you located the dump file zip it with tools like 7zip or WinRAR as much as possible and then upload it somewhere like gdrive, onedrive, mega or dropbox.

Last but not least post the link in the forum.

PS: In case the ns2 crash-reporter shows up ns2 did already create a mini-dump in your temp-folder you can also just upload (it's a lot smaller)

Maybe create both and upload them separated. So we can first have a look at the minidump before needing to download about 400 mb ;)

You must have the Process Explorer run before you crash the game (just open it before you run the game). If you run it after the chances are the Process Explorer won't have enough free RAM to start.
If even that doesn't work try this:
    1) Run ProcessExplorer
    2) Run something that wastes a lot of memory (e.g. Firefox with lots of tabs)
    3) Run the game and crash it
    4) Close the memory waster (e.g. Firefox)
    5) Create the dump from the ProcessExplorer you opened before
    6) Compress and post it

Try and tell if that works. If not I will invent some more extreme way to do it for you.

THanks but this not work , still crash ( 20 tab Firefox i have let ito pen while running NS2 ) and i cant even open ProceXP . My computer still "unrespond" like that =.='

Thats odd. Make sure you are waiting long enough for the dump to be made(it freezes PC on purpose and is writing ~4GB to hard disk = ~4 mins on regular HDD).
Also try regular Windows Task Manager (you run it by pressing ctrl+shift+esc OR ctrl+alt+del and clicking "Run task manager" OR writing "taskmgr" in your Start menu). It is similar to Process Explorer (right mouse click on the NS2.exe process and click "create dump").
Make sure you have plenty free HDD space to store the dump.
Does the Process Explorer fail to make even the mini-dump? Post that one for now at least.

If all else(things above) fails, lets get profi. We will get that dump out of your PC if I can help it. :))
I whipped up something: Download this zip and unzip it anywhere, run run.cmd, run Natural Selection 2 and play untill it freezes, wait untill the dump is made(few minutes), the game should unfreeze. You should have dmp file in the folder(Hopefuly it works on your PC too). What it does is that it makes dump automatically, if the NS2 uses more than ~2.3GB RAM (you can set the exact value by editing run.bat). If you do not trust the exe from me download fresh one directly from Microsoft.

but i will try it when i have time

I see, it is hard to do those things, if you are not the owner of the computer. BTW I should note too, that your GPU (GT 630) in there is very low end, and would probably provide less than enjoyable experience in this game, even if and when things are fixed for your/our crash case.
The script I provided above needs programmatic access to Windows Powershell and that you can run your own *.cmd scripts and *.exe programs. I think it should work in amateurishly made user restrictions in most Internet Cafées. If not try this version, which does not need Powershell, but works only on english Windows, which by your log you seem to have. If that version fails too try this version(which does not measure RAM usage as correctly as previous versions).

    So to recapitulate:
try these dumper versions in this order, untill you find the one that works in your Café: v1, v2, v3
    1) Unzip them anywhere and run the run.cmd script
    2) Run the game
    3) Alt+tab out of game to see the script is running properly. It should write something like this:
    running.PNG?raw=1
    4) Play the game untill it freezes(high NS2 RAM usage was detected and dump is being made - make sure you have > 4GB free HDD space too). Wait few minutes, the game should unfreeze.
    5) Exit game or just go on playing. You should have the dmp file in the folder with procdump.
    6) Archive it as much as you can (prefer 7zip or rar which gets you better compresion ratio), and post it.
    7) Hopefully it will get the devs a hint as to how to fix the problem eventually

I have go into Option >> Turn OFF "Texture Handling" and NS2 can run until the "second map change" >> REady room >> Start match 4-3-2-1 >> Fatal error again

Game is playable , but its keep annoying me when you have to use Process Explorer to kill NS2.exe >> and run from Steam again

P/s: i will try your dump when i have time , but fatal error still there for developers

How did you make them in the end?
The minidump seems to point to the same issue I have in my thread. For the full dump it sais to me it is corrupted. It is only 1.2 GB so I assume you intrrupted the dump process or your PC crashed at that point. @IronHorse or @GhoulofGSG9 , can you verify that?

Im waitting it but it not respond after open Process Explorer

Then i have to endtask it , too much time for a game i have to report bug for developers =='

Okay, I see how that could be annoying. Don't waste your time with it then, I think the mini-dump is sufficient for now. @IronHorse , @GhoulofGSG9 ?

Yeah the mini-dump looks very alike the network caused out of memory issue. Unless someone finds working repo-steps (beside playing some time on a 32bit OS) for this issue it will sadly take some time to fix it.

@Perman12 do you also see a red-plug a few mins before the crash is happening?

I get it on 64bit OS, assuming it is the same issue. I get it on all maps, in all situations, on various servers, during round(including being spectator). I think there is no simple repo. Only connection I see is that both of us have lame CPU. On the more enthusiasitic note:

@krOoze Still no news to update you with, but it seems like we definitely have an idea of why it is occurring, just might be more work than anticipated.

Is there something we can still try on our side, or are we done for now?
