So, dunno where the fragments are hidden but cheated the blueprints into my inventory and started checking out base building, all I gotta say is, NICELEY DONE! It was amazing how simple and easy it was to construct the base, the way the rooms fit together and removed the walls between each other was nice.

The hatches, while insanely small are a nice touch since you can actually look out them, though, I think it would be a neater touch if the walls were either glass or had large bay windows on them as there(CURRENTLY) is no way to see outside OTHER than a tiny hatch.

The ability to build everything you could on the cyclops in the base was awesome!

The walls didn't work sadly but hatch and room did, look forward to what else comes!
They WOULD show pictures but they are from steam screenshots :\

I started messing around with the console commands just a few days ago, but I haven't gotten around to checking what's all available-ish, at the moment. But I would guess that with the implementation of base building, there might be a dock for the Cyclops, given that there might be a chance the island you find doesn't have a beach. Also, when islands are implemented into larger, deliberate, structures, and not coral reefs that happen to rise past water, there will most likely be the ability to find food from the flora on the island, as there is already a, currently, non-naturally spawning plant called the Land Tree.

Yeah, I took some pictures of the most you could build at a time in certain designs, a big 8x8x1 room and a bunch of hallways/tubes.

Sounds really cool glad they're doing it room by room and not just a generic base
