What can you do in current Subnautica?

Hi community,

I have played the early access during one or two hours. I grabbed material in starter biome, I have build a lot of stuff until the Seamoth vehicle. Is there anything else to do for now? Except for the joy of exploration (which is pretty amazing) are other biomes useful for anything?

That's hard to say, given I don't know really what you've seen or what you've built-- Seamoth is great fun and adds significantly to the exploration part of the game, given it doesn't crash your game :P

As for other things to do? experiment! Floaters are really fun to toy with, go find a reefback if you haven't already, go find a mesmer (pretty sure they're in the game now, by that I mean standard build, not experimental)

look for creatures, I guarantee there are some out there you haven't seen yet 1-2 hours is just not enough time

But is it just exploration? I mean is it just visiting, looking, as if it was an aquarium. Or are there interaction to have with creature and the environnent?
