<div class="IPBDescription">Please Read...</div> Ok...i am working on some script type stuff for NS....no not bad scripts, here me out. Basically I made a new KB act list wich replaces "defense upgrade 1" with carapace in the keyboard set-up menu etc. I also add some text binds like "we need more defense chambers please" and "Can I get a welder"....just stupid things I dont wanna have to type out everytime.(Yes llamas can spam text...but they do anyway so...) I also wrote some other scripts for HL Amp functions and other miscellaneous HL things like FPS and net graph. NOTHING THAT GOES AGAINST THE NATURE OF NS..(as in no muti-command binds like leap and bite, or build denfense and say "Im building here"...basically nothing that takes away from the usefullness of the pie menu) the worst thing I do is bind "need turret factory here" text followed by the"request Orders" command. Also I have a seperate config for Commander because I like to use my move buttons for the scroll function in Comm mode. Anyway...
THIS IS WHAT I ASK FROM MAPPERS...Im also putting together a TFC style command menu. It has various NS communication functions...winamp controls...and I want to put in a "Map Debug" type section so a mapper can have all his ussefull commands right in front of him as he tests his maps and build sprites etc...So, can any experienced mappers give me a list of HL commands they constantly use for NS mapping and also a list of NS specific commands for map testing, usefull echo text for commands and anything else that can be of use. And also a usefull way to categorize the functions in the menu...ie: Sound, lighting, debug, sprites, etc...
