    that was scarier than expected lol, if i was that guy tho i would have put my mask back on when i saw the wave and dived into the water, then went back up after it passed

    I really liked the trailer - I guess the guys reaction (or no reaction) is understandable considering he just realized he's probably the only survivor left - and that the planned base of operations just suffered a reactor breach.

    That'd be one funny random spawn though - into the game and escape pod and player getting eaten by this giant... thing :p

    I wonder how encounters will work with something like that, I understand in like a survival horror game like amnesia there are places to run.. but where would you run (or outrun) in the ocean?

    Guess I'd have to play it and see how the map is, I'm just imagining open sea.. maybe it's much, much more!

    Great trailer - well done guys. Really gives an idea of the direction you want to go with the final product.

    Quick question - has any money been put behind the trailer in terms of marketing? I did a quick google search and couldn't find any adwords for subnautica or the new trailer. I would highly recommend you guys start doing some generic subnautica brand campaigns now as well as some specialised ones for trailers like this - unless you are waiting until the product is ready for full release to do so.

    Loving all of it... except the character design.

    Every person I showed has been really put off by that, he just looks weird.

    That said, the rest looks really cool though.
