How Realistic Will the Diving Aspect of the Game Be?

Hi.
I was tinkering earlier, and I started to wonder how realistic the game will be as far as diving is concerned. Will you be adding in "Decompression sickness", "Pulmonary", and other ailments divers may experience while exploring this world?
I'm not much of a fan of wiki simply because anyone can edit it, and place false information but if anyone is wanting to read, here is a link for you...
