Didn't realise you could already affect the ecosystem?

So I was playing today's experimental build and accidentally drove my seamoth into one of those mushroom trees and in the process knocked off one of the mushroom heads. To my surprise a small notification came up on the left of the screen saying "Nutrients -20%, Small Fish -20%". I didn't know any of this was in yet - has anyone else noticed this, or other ecosystem effects? I'm not sure if the small fish numbers did actually reduce but it was nice to see an effect - hopefully it'll be possible to *positively* influence the environment as well as just destroying it later on :p

    This is very interesting.

If so then it will be up to us to replant just to keep the environment at a reasonably healthy state, or know not to over harvest an area for resources, and food.

This game keeps getting better, and better.

Honestly, my guess is that the values and notifications are in, but the actual stuff isn't in yet. There's a lot of ground work in this build. :P
