We definitely need a "Reset to defaults" button
But to better answer your question your bindings are stored in : \Program Files(86)\Steam\userdata\[YOURSTEAMID]\4920\remote\Options.xml
Deleting the file and disabling steam cloud for ns2 *temporarily* should do the trick if you don't want to edit the file or change the bindings inside the game
