<div class="IPBDescription">Pwn.</div> Get level three cloaking, and hang out on a hallway near marine spawn or a prime building site.
When you see marines coming (chuckling is good) you just activate, and drop. Instant multikills. Building is especially good because all the guys are clustered.

    It's still rather useful. If you are, say, champing away at a turret factory and you hear marines coming, just ga ahead and cloak and wait for them to start building or welding then BOOM. Cloaked xenocide is also useful if you just sit at a hallway near their spawn. You can get an entire group of marines to run back to their spawn and demand medpacks from their commander, taking all of their attention. Not bad for a single little skulky. Then again, by the time that the aliens have three hives, there are a variety of things that they can do.

    <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->xenocide cant kill a single full healthed non armor upgraded lmg user<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    I was playing as skulk one time and the marines were frantically trying to take one of our hives. They started building a turret factory just outside a hive and had 4 guys working on building it.

    I dropped from the ceiling, xenocided <b>on top of</b> the half-built factory, and got 5 messages pop up in the kill/death message queue (4 marine kills plus my own death).

    The chance of even one of them being in full health is pretty good. So apparently, xenocide <i>can</i> kill non-armor-upgraded lmg users. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Xenocide does 200 damage to units last time I checked. That will kill a lvl 2 armor upgraded marine, while a lvl 3 or anybody in HA will survive.

    Funny, 200 damage from a xenocide, right? To marines? Not sure about structures.

    100 health, 50 armor vs 200 damage. *does the math, checks it again*

    Hhmm, but my calculations (and experience in game) yep, a xenocide can kill a full health marine with no armor upgrades.

    Once they get upgraded, then the numbers shift. 70 armor might save em, 90 armor will. Back when a marine spawned with 50 armor no matter what level of armor upgrades, well, xenocide was more effective - how many marines welded newly spawned marines, eh?

    Sometimes you just aren't close enough to do the full 200. read the description in the manual. damage goes down as distance increases.

    Against unupgraded Marine, 200 damage would deal 140 damage to Health and 30 to Armor. Marine dies.
    Against level 1 upgraded Marine, it would do 120 damage to Health and 40 to Armor. Marine dies.
    Against level 2 upgraded Marine, it would do 100 damage to Health and 50 to Armor. Marine barely dies.

    Only a level 3 upgraded Marine with full Health and Armor will survive a direct Xenocide hit.

    I've seen xenos take out multiple Marines at near full health. It is insanely lethal against LA/LMG'ers.
