Lerk bite should have different kill icon than skulk bite.

I think the lerk's poison bite should show a different icon when you kill someone rather than the same one as skulk.
Ideas: Maybe the lerk's beak with teeth in it facing sideways, or maybe being like skulk bite but have fangs with poison dripping from them.

    Fix will be in the next update to NS2+ ... There's already an icon specifically for the lerk bite which looks like a shrunk version of the skulk bite, but if you want a different one feel free to make a new one and post it for consideration! :)
