[FIXED] "Could not establish a connection with the server" - Can't connect to anything

So my issue is that i can't connect to any of the servers. I can't start a training server, host my own or even optimize the game.

I tried verifying integrity of game cache, reinstalling, unsubscribing mods and deleting the workshop folder + the %appdata% folder.
I attached the tech file data and in the console it said the following:
Loading 'maps/ns2_descent.level'
Warning: Overriding map's pathing_settings.option_tile_size from 48 to 36
Building pathing mesh for level maps/ns2_descent.level
Finished loading 'maps/ns2_descent.level'
Error: Couldn't bind socket (Normalerweise darf jede Socketadresse (Protokoll, Netzwerkadresse oder Anschluss) nur jeweils einmal verwendet werden.
)
Error: Error binding server to :27015
Error: SteamGameServer_Init call failed
Error: Couldn't connect to Steam
Connecting to server 127.0.0.1:27015

I hope i forgot nothing and also that you can help me ^^


Edit: Okay, so in another recently opened thread i found that uninstalling the comodo Firewall fixed the problem for me.
