I cant change my dlc skins in the general menu

Ok, so a while ago I bought the deluxe edition of ns2 and then a while after that I got a new computer, now, for some reason I cant switch to my deluxe edition skin, the option just isn't there, I've tried basically every fix out there and none have worked, I think I've re-installed about 8 times now and its getting really bad, here is a screenshot;

What's worse now though is that I recently bought the Kodiak update as well and that isn't giving me the option either. All support is appreciated.

    Hi @Zadrack2‌

    The skins menu has now been moved in-game. When you join a server, press the 'Esc' key and in the list off options you will see 'Customize Player'. Due to the complexity of seeing the model, it had to be moved in-game.

    It can't be done otherwise, maybe uwe should add back also the old skins option fields.
