Gorge tunnel = black screen?

I haven't experienced this myself, however I've heard it reported in-game on multiple occasions. (say 2/60 games played?) An alien player jumps into a gorge tunnel (connected on both sides) and reports his whole screen turns black. Only solution is to f4 out to the ready room. Anybody else encountered this?

Well you should tell those players to pay a visit to the forums w/ some logs. It's hard to help w/o logs.
