C is not working (QWERTZ keyboard)

Hey,
the C key is not working since it is possible to change commander key bindings and I swapped y and z. I think it is working when I change the keyboard layout to the american one in Windows.
Oh and my key binding for opening my map is on my mouse button, not on C.
Ideas?
