Menu Logo Issue.

It doesn't matter which of the 3 .dds formats I choose in Paint.Net, I always end up with an 'italicized' menu logo:

Here is the logo I am using:

Why is this happening? Is it a format issue? This does not affect the NS2 logo, so why does it affect mine?
