Launchpad error, >1minute delay when opening

Anybody else getting this problem?
So I launch launchpad... and for the longest time nothing seems to happen. When it finally does open, a dialog pops up saying "Unable to open requested HTML document: http://67.18.238.10/spark/launchpad.html"
I notice all the stuff on the right side of the screen is blank, so I assume that's what the error is all about. But really, it's not that important that I really want to be held up a whole minute by this silly thing not loading.

Nah but seriously, it's still not working for me... unless you mean to say it's fixed in the next patch.
